Stew-Lyn prepares hearty, homemade stews cooked to order in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Each batch is made from scratch using Colorado-sourced beef and chicken and organic vegetables when available. The menu is intentionally small so every dish can be made well, slowly simmered, deeply flavored, and truly satisfying.
All meals are prepared in a licensed and inspected kitchen, rapidly cooled for food safety, and delivered chilled, ready to reheat. It’s real food, made carefully, designed to make your evening easier.

Our Vision
Stew-Lyn grew from SuLyn’s travels around the world, where she sought out the comfort foods of each place she visited, and from the home-cooked meals she missed along the way. Raised by an exceptional cook, she learned early that food is more than nourishment; it is memory, warmth, and comfort.
Looking ahead, Stew-Lyn hopes to bring that same sense of comfort to more tables in Steamboat and beyond, growing thoughtfully while staying rooted in small-batch cooking, honest ingredients, and the kind of meals that feel like home.
